At Northland Interiors our ethos is simple, we deliver excellence on time and on budget, every time. We have the best people in the region, strong systems and processes and decades of experience to carry us forward into the future. While delivering on-site is crucial, our estimation and operations team ensure the smooth running of our company day in and day out.

Craig Allpress

Craig has been working in the commercial interiors industry since 2005, joining Northland Interiors in 2015, bringing expertise across all areas of interior fit-outs. He holds a New Zealand qualification in suspended ceilings and proprietary partitions and manages the on-site teams to ensure every project meets high standards of quality and precision.

Frank Moor

Frank brings a wealth of experience to Northland Interiors, with a career spanning over four decades. His technical expertise and hands-on industry knowledge make him a valuable asset to the team.

Frank is an integral part of the team and keeps our pricing and operations team sharp.

Thillan

Bringing over 28 years of experience, Thillan is known for his meticulous attention to detail. With decades of experience working across both commercial and architectural residential projects, Thillan is passionate about delivering projects on time and to the highest quality. He is an excellent leader and ensures the sites are humming.

Shaun

With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Shaun brings a wealth of knowledge across commercial, residential, civil, and interior projects. He earned my National Certificate in Carpentry on 23 April 2015 and continues to stay hands-on and committed to excellence in every aspect of the trade.

Dan Lewer

Dan is our secret weapon in the painting and plastering sector of Northland Interiors – bringing decades of experience and a passion for quality craftsmanship that is rarely seen on sites in 2025. He believes that the painting is the maker or breaker of a great finish, and ensures our projects are meticulously completed to the highest standard.

For over 17 years we have been operating throughout Northland, producing excellent service and quality workmanship across all aspects of interiors for our key construction partners and clients.
In September 2024 Northland Interiors changed hands, bringing significant construction industry experience into the mix, while retaining the original team. This combination has allowed the business to flourish, going from strength to strength and adding a number of services such as plastering and painting to our already strong suite of services.
